A pick and place machine need feeder lines to supply the components for the placement process.
Our machines have up to 22 CL feeder and up to 35 push feeders on the machine table.
The feeder stock is Yamaha CL feeder compatible!
We use new bottom cameras now to improve the vision system quality.
Both bottom cameras are now usable for both heads.
The PCB holder on north side has small tray feeder now too.

Dot-Maker is used to create dot patterns based on GERBER data for paste coverage and glue dispensing. The final coordinate file get imported in V2 software to execute.
