Desktop pick and place machine overview
Every Vision Placer machine have some front panel switches to move the placement head, cycle the speed and start and stop the placement process. We have 2 pressure gauge to show the vacuum on each placement head. The system generates the vacuum using internal vacuum generators converting the applied air pressure.
Our pick & place machines use two placement heads supporting Samsung CP45 NEO nozzles (Samsung trademark).
A Vision Placer machine needs not too much space in your office we can operate on 2x2m.
It's not a big problem to lift the machine in your office because the machine weigth is between 45 and 70Kgs.
Old refurbished machines are heavy between 200 and 400Kgs!
The HP machines use servo motors on X and Y axis!
Heavy mechanics are used to achieve the precision over a long time.
You see the ball screw spindle assembly of our VP-2500HP pick & place machine.
We use quality HIWIN ball screw spindles and linear guide ways. (Precision error maximum 0.05mm over 300mm distance!)
We supply many acessories for our machines like big trays to supply single or multi part pick up.
You can customize the pocket layout to fullfill your needs.
It is possible to hold jedec trays to we supply a special fixture soon.
