After selecting of nozzle diameter and setup coverage area the software creates the dot pattern on paste mask pads.
Using the action menu can export the coordinate file as standard CSV or PNP import file format for V2 software.
This makes it possible to use our software for any dispenser system.
Second function handle the glue dot creation by importing the PNP data and enabling the center dots for glueing. A blue dot indicates a glue position.

Our software is necessary to generate a point coverage on the pads.
Depending on the nozzle diameter and the desired percentage of coverage, dots are placed on the pads. The strategy setting affects the placement on the pads in the center or evenly distributed on
the pads. You can select areas with the mouse to hide the point placement.
Our dotmaker software simultaneously processes the glue dots and paste dots in 2 layers.
To start a project you need the PAD Master Gerber file of the top and if necessary bottom side. The PNP file can be used for the glue dots.
All project related data are copied in a project directory to be archived with a version management system.
Coordinates are exported as outputs in CSV format or adapted for our V2 software.
This makes the software suitable for generating the data for every paste dispenser.
Bottom side layer can get mirrored to translate dot coordinates.
